What you notice in practice
Teachers work at eye level with children, following their interests and leading them in small groups. They observe and respond to each child's needs, helping them explore and learn through play and interaction.
Our rooms are set up with areas for different activities, such as reading, art, and play. The day is paced to allow time for free play, structured activities, and rest. This helps children feel relaxed and engaged throughout the day.
How we work with families
At pickup, teachers share what your child has been doing and how they're feeling. They are happy to answer any questions you may have. You'll hear about your child's day in a way that feels personal and meaningful.
When a new child joins, we take time to help them feel comfortable. We work with families to create a smooth transition. Teachers spend time getting to know your child and helping them settle in at their own pace.
